The Association of VA Hematology/Oncology is greatly appreciative of the support provided by pharmaceutical companies to help make this meeting a success.
AVAHO will host our 7th annual meeting at Hyatt Regency Crown Center in Kansas City, MO on October 14-16, 2011. We have expanded the program to include abstracts collected from the membership, posters, and didactic lectures from invited speakers in a wide range of oncologic topics.
All exhibitors will be invited to attend the meeting and associated activities at no additional expense. Companies and their representatives will be recognized during the program as well as acknowledged on the printed agenda and symposium literature. In addition, we will provide a designated area adjacent to the scientific sessions for displaying information about products and services.

The Application form is enclosed. Once we receive your request for exhibit space, we will send an Exhibitor’s Service Kit to the individual designated on the application form. Exhibit space will be allocated on a first-come first serve basis. The exhibits and posters will be centrally located to the attendees and will offer increased visibility.

SET-UP
Exhibit set-up begins on Friday afternoon. Room location is in the PERSHING HALL (Lobby level). Electrical provided for each table.

MEALS
We invite you to join us for our Welcome Reception at the World War I Museum on Friday evening, Annual Reception and Banquet on Saturday evening. All meals are included in your exhibit fee. Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to staff your table especially during breakfast and breaks.
Note: If you are planning to attend our meeting, please register and indicate which social events you are attending for our meal counts.

BOX HANDLING/SHIPMENT INFORMATION
PACKAGES & STORAGE
Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials that will be sent, delivered or brought into the Hotel. Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required. The Hotel’s receiving entrance is open from 7:30am-3: 30pm, Monday through Friday. Any materials being sent to the Hotel must be marked as follows:
