Individuals must call 1-(800) PEABODY (732-2639) directly to reserve a room. To insure receiving the special convention rate, attendees must identify the group name, Association of VA Hematology/Oncology, when making reservations.

If you are sharing a room with another attendee, please let AVAHO know so we do not double-book.

GUESTROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

The Peabody Little Rock does require a first night's deposit equal to one night's guestroom and tax to be submitted with each reservation. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 24 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit is non-refundable.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

The hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Room assignments prior that time are on an availability basis. Pre-registration will be provided for your VIP's.

Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. For any late check-out requests, please contact the Front Office Manager who will approve based on expected arrivals for that date.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge a $50.00 fee for guests who depart on a day earlier than their reserved date of departure. This fee will not be reimbursed by AVAHO.

PARKING:

The Peabody Little Rock offers valet parking, currently at $20.00 per day. Day use of valet parking services is currently $14.00 per day. Individuals are responsible to pay any increase. Self-parking is available at a daily rate of $7.50 at the Second & Main Parking Garage, which is operated by the City of Little Rock and located two blocks from the hotel.
