!! ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FINAL DEADLINE AUGUST 10, 2010 !!
Now is the time to start thinking of what you will present at the 2010 AVAHO meeting to be held in Little Rock Arkansas. The dates will be October 8-10 and the meeting will be at the beautiful Peabody Hotel along the Arkansas River and just a few blocks from the thriving River market and the brand new Clinton Library and Clinton School for Public Service. Abstracts will be accepted until March 26, 2010, but please start planning now. There will be oral and poster presentations. All abstracts will be published in the AVAHO symposium meeting book. Depending on our financial situation, abstract presenters may be offered subsidies for their travel and stay in Little Rock. More information will follow, but please start planning your abstract now!
Members are encouraged to submit their abstracts for consideration for oral or poster presentation. Abstracts presenting both outcomes data and process improvement (in VA populations) are encouraged. Abstracts should also cover a variety of clinical and basic science research, as well as VA programs of interest to the membership. Poster presenters will be asked to stand by their posters to answer questions and provide more details. Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting.
Travel Funding
Depending on our financial situation, poster presenters accepted for the program may be provided with travel assistance. If you have any questions, please contact Sue Lentz at (425) 354-3230.

All abstracts will be submitted electronically via the link below. Please indicate if you would like to be considered for oral, poster presentation or both.
- Abstracts must conform to the exact size and format specifications as noted.
- Abstracts too brief, or those containing insufficient data may not be favorably considered by the Program Committee.
- Abstracts should be kept to 250 words or less.
